Returns

Eligibility: Purchases made directly from unigear.com may be returned through our online portal within 30 days of purchase.

Requirements: All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Returns must be carefully packaged in appropriate shipping boxes to avoid damage; improperly packaged items that arrive used or damaged will be refused. Second-hand items are not eligible for returns.

Costs: The cost of returning items is at your expense.

Process: If you wish to return an item, please notify us at service@unigear.com as soon as possible, providing your order reference number. Include pictures of the item(s) and their condition, along with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 weeks of our receiving your return, provided the items are in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags.
Exchanges

Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. This ensures you receive your new item quickly and avoids the risk of it selling out. Refunds are typically processed within 1-2 weeks of your return.
Cancellations

Policy: If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at service@unigear.com.
Processing Time

Returns: It takes 3 to 5 business days after a package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed and a credit issued to your account. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds typically appear in your account within 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return.

Shipping: Unigear cannot be held liable for items lost in transit. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We also cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
