Unigear products are available for purchase on our official website.

We aim to ship your order quickly, so in most cases, your order is immediately sent to our warehouse once placed, and we cannot edit it afterward. However, if you have any questions or need to make changes, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Warehouse processing times vary based on the season and workload. During busy periods, it may take a few business days to fulfill your order. Once shipped, standard ground shipping will deliver to all destinations in the United States within 1–5 business days. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification that includes a tracking number for the package. You can follow your order’s progress by using that number on the selected carrier’s website.
If there’s an issue with your delivery, please contact our customer service team so we can assess the situation and help address the problem.
Yes, we ship internationally. However, customs and import duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
If you’d like to return gear purchased from Unigear’s official website, please read the instructions outlined on our return policy page and submit a return request to initiate the process. Unigear will honor returns for orders placed on our website within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Returned products must be in new, unused, and clean condition, with all the original packaging and components. Unigear reserves the right to deny a refund and will return items that do not meet these standards. All Pro sales are final.
Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment when the return is processed by our team. This generally happens no more than a week from when the return reaches our warehouse. If the original method of payment is not available, a merchandise credit will be issued in its place. Original shipping and return shipping costs, as well as customs and duties, will not be refunded. You will receive an email from Unigear once the return has been processed. Please note that refunds issued can take up to 1- 2 weeks to appear in your account.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange orders purchased from other dealers. Please contact the original retailer/point of purchase for additional information and directions.
If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item(s) for a refund (within 7 days) and place a new order at your convenience. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. We will process refunds within 1-2 weeks upon your return.
Defects in workmanship and materials — such as loose seams, under - stuffed insulation, or other construction issues — are covered by Unigear’s warranty.
